Here's how it works:
First consultation is done over the phone or in person for an informal and relaxed chat where we learn about you and your health and weight goals. This meeting takes about 20-40 minutes and is a free service to you. After hearing your goals and preferences we create your program and plan to meet for our...first orientation where we exercise most of the time, evaluate your performance, customize the program, weigh and measure, and discover weaknesses so we can turn them into strengths. We suggest Torty's Nutritional Fat Blast consultation within the first 2 weeks of your exercise regimen in order to achieve your goals more rapidly and with optimum results. Your exercise program lasts from 8 weeks to goal reaching moments. Your success depends entirely on your application to the personal training program. Your trainer transforms your dependence upon him/her into an accountability to yourself, so you'll be ready to fly after your goals are met. At any point you can turn your exercise program into a
wellness program.
How long will it take?
This changes from client to client. Most people, whose personal training goal is weight loss, lose about 3 inches after the first month. One thing to keep in mind: the more frequently you exercise and the more healthily you eat, the faster you will reach your goals!
