THE TECHNIQUES:
1. Perform at least 20 minutes of Cardiovascular Exercise 3-5 times a week.
2. Breathing Essentially, we’re exhaling on the first breath, inhaling on the second breath.
Technique: Sit or lie comfortably. Close eyes. Exhales allow our body to relax and eliminate toxins. Follow that state with the inhale. It even helps to count “one” in your mind as you exhale, (so you remember to do it first), then “two” as you inhale.
3. Yoga Nidra It is easy to learn and the benefits are great; it can be as revitalizing as a good night’s sleep; however, it requires regular practice.
Technique: Name parts of your body from head to know, tighten it and release it.
